Specto follows a structured Recruiting Methodology formulated from experience in the recruiting field. The Methodology is continuously updated to improve the quality of services we provide to our clients.

Specto staff recognizes that the most important step in the recruitment process is obtaining an understanding of our clients’ needs and expectations. In consultation with our clients, we formulate a recruiting strategy where we:

establish an understanding for respecting confidentiality
thoroughly discuss and document a profile of the position
develop a recruiting plan for each requirement
establish procedures for presenting candidates
conduct an extensive search for qualified candidates
apprise our client of progress on recruiting projects
conduct candidate qualification interviews and reference checks
co-ordinate our client’s interviews with candidates and facilitate feedback
